Honoring Port Authority Sergeant Kenneth D. Harris

On November 8th at 11:00am in the quarters of FDNY Engine 152/ Battalion 21 a ceremony was held in honor of Port Authority Sergeant Kenneth D. Harris, for his life saving efforts assisting retired Firefighter John Deliso of Battalion 21.
